Patricia Jana Hassler's work has appeared in publications including the Chicago Tribune, Iowa Woman and Liguorian Magazine. She has reviewed non-fiction books for Booklist Magazine and is a former feature writer and columnist for a suburban Chicago newspaper. A writing instructor at Moraine Valley Community College (Illinois), Patricia has produced essays that won first and second place awards from the Illinois Woman's Press Association.
