Nina Soifer’s writing has won awards from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and Writer’s Digest. Her poems appear in Alimentum, Mudfish, and Calliope, a publication of Women Who Write. Nina is a freelance food writer who cooked as an off-premise caterer for over twenty years and owned a gourmet food and bakeshop.
